Terms and Conditions of Interstudio Online Store

The owner of the online store www.interstudio.ee/e-pood (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ INTERSTUDIO, registry code 11106859, located at Pärnu mnt 158, Tallinn, Estonia.

1. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms and conditions of the Online Store apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store. The terms and conditions of the Online Store do not apply to purchases in the physical store of Interstudio. You can read more about the terms and conditions applicable to purchases made in the Interstudio physical store here.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the products is provided in the Online Store directly next to the products.

2. Placing an order

To order products, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution. Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount in due to the bank account of the Online Store.

If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the products being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the receipt may take up to 7 business days.

3. Delivery

Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-14 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.  If the destination of the products purchased by the buyer is outside the Republic of Estonia, the seller shall specify the time of delivery of the products to the destination with the buyer separately for each item. More detailed terms of delivery of products outside the Republic of Estonia depend on the conditions and practices of an international transport company.

In exceptional cases the right to deliver the products within 30 calendar days shall be applied. If the Online Store has notified the buyer of delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days on the website or in the order confirmation, the deadline published by the Online Store shall be applied.

4. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the  Online Store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered products may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products in the manner permitted for testing the products in a physical store.

If the products have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the products.

In order to return the products, you must submit an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the products, the form of which can be found here and send it to the e-mail address epood@interstudio.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the products.

The cost of returning the products shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the products within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that the buyer has handed over the products to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned products, the Online Store shall refund to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the application for withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the products from the buyer if the price of the products in the Online Store is marked significantly below the market price of the products due to an error.

5. Right to file a claim

The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance of the products sold to the buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery of the item and that occur within two years from the delivery of the products to the buyer. Within the first year of delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to refute the respective premise.

The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@e-kaubanduseliit.ee or calling the phone: +372 53889594.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the products due to the actions or omissions of the consumer (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or if it is normal wear and tear caused by the normal use of the item.

If the products purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective products.

If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

6. Data protection

7. Settlement of disputes

If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address epood@interstudio.ee.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer may also turn to the European Union consumer dispute resolution platform.
